TVR2012 RULES

We play with Official Volleyball Rules, except for

- Before tournament all teams playerlist had to been filled (max 12 players)
- Both teams must have at least two female players on the court
- No limitations of subtitions. A player can re-enter in a set to only his/her previous position
   in the line up and he/she can only be subtituted by the same starting player
- In Group A and B all teams will play two sets to max 25 points
- In position- and finalmatches all teams will play best of 3 sets to 25 points
  with 2 points differens, if equal plays third set to 15 points with 2 points differens
- Each team can take only one Time-Out/set,
  (in Final- and Bronzematch two Time-Outs/set)

From each winning set teams get 1 point,
if equal decision as follows:
1 setpoints differens
2 won setpointst
3 losed setpoints
4 lot

REFEREE

Each team had to act as referee (look the match schedule)

- The first referee, the second referee, the scorer and the assistant scorer
   (operates the manual scores scoreboard) + line judges if possible
- Referees had to take care of schedule and start matches in time
   If late (on schedule) first feferee had to start match directly (warm up max 2min)
- The match can start ealier, than on schedule, if it suitable for both teams
- If a team are on late for to begin the match they can start the match with deficient number
   of players. But team can't win the set, when match had started with decifient number of
   players (max 23 points) therefore opposer wins set at least with 2 points ( 23-25)
- If a team not appear on court at all (after15min they lose the first set 0-25
   and after 20min they lose also the second set 0-25 and the whole match 0-2
- If some player have been hurt and can't continue to play the team can continue to play with
   deficient number of players. But they can't win the set (max 23 p, in decisionset max 13 p)
- The team can acquire a player instead a player who has been hurt. The replacement player
   can't be a member of the other teams except if the team has allready played all matches
- Liberoplayers had to book in the matchprotocol
- After match the matchprotocol had to forward to arranger with signature of
   the first referee and the captain of both teams
- Note Lady / Gentleman players

TVR2012 SÄÄNNÖT

Pelataan Lentopallon kansainvälisillä pelisäännöillä,
muutamaa poikkeusta luukuunottamatta

- Joukkueiden pelaajalistat oltava täytetty ennen turnauksen alkua (max 12 pelaajaa)
- Kentällä on aina oltava vähintään kaksi naispelaajaa
- Vaihtoja saa tehdä useita kertoja erän aikana, mutta kentältä lähtenyt pelaaja
   saa palata takaisin vain aiemmin pelaamalleen paikalle
- Alkusarjoissa, Lohkot A ja B, pelataan vain kaksi erää ja max 25 pisteeseen
- Kaikissa muissa peleissä pelataan kahdesta erävoitosta 25 pisteeseen,
  2 pisteen erolla (ratkaisuerä 15 pisteeseen, 2 pisteen erolla)
- Jokaista erää kohti saa ottaa yhden aikalisän,
  (finaali- prossiotteluissa kaksi aikalisää/erä)

Jokaisesta voitetusta erästä saa yhden (1) pisteen,
jos pisteet ovat tasan, haetaan ratkaisu seuraavassa järjestyksessä:
1 eräpisteiden erotus
2 voitetut eräpisteet
3 hävityt eräpisteet
4 arpa

TUOMAROINTI

Jokaisella joukkueella on tuomaritehtäviä (katso otteluaikataulu)

- Päätuomari, verkkotuomari, kirjuri ja pistetaulun hoitaja (+ rajatuomarit)
- Tuomareiden on huolehdittava, että pysytään aikataulussa. Jos ollaan myöhässä
   aikataulusta, on seuraava peli aloitettava heti (lämmittely max 2min)
- Peli voidaan aloittaa aikataulua aikaisemmin, jos se sopii molemmille joukkueille
- Jos joukkue on myöhässä oman pelin alkaessa, he voivat he aloittaa pelin,
   mutta vajaalla miehistöllä aloitettua erää ei voi voittaa (max 23 pistettä)
   eli vastustaja voittaa erän vähintään kahdella pisteellä 23-25
- Jos joukkue ei saavu ollenkaan paikalle 15min kuluessa häviävät he 1. erän 0-25
   ja 20min kuluttua he häviävät myös 2. erän 0-25 eli koko ottelun 0-2
- Loukkaantumistilanteissa peliä voi jatkaa vajaalla miehistöllä, mutta silloin erää
   ei voi voittaa (max 23p sekä ratkaisuerässä max 13p)
- Vain loukkaantumistilanteissa joukkue voi hankkia tuuraajapelaajan, pelaajalistojen
   ulkopuolelta tai sellaisesta joukkueesta, joka on pelannut jo kaikki omat pelinsä
- Liberopelaajat on merkittävä pöytäkirjaan
- Ottelun päätyttyä ottelupäiväkirja on toimitettava buffettiin päätuomarin
   sekä molempien joukkueiden kapteenien allekirjoituksilla varustettuna
- Merkitkää myös Lady / Gentleman pelaajat
